1. Ordering & Payment

As an artisan micro-bakery, all products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received through our secure checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details (flavour, date, and contact information) are correct at the time of booking.

2. Collection

All orders are for collection only from:2 West Close, March PE15 8EW, Cambridgeshire, UK.

• Time Slots: We operate strictly by 30-minute pre-booked collection slots. This is to ensure every customer receives their order fresh and to maintain a low-risk environment by managing the flow of people at the collection point.
• Food Safety & Cross-Contamination: Prompt collection is essential not only for the freshness of delicate mousses and creams but also to reduce any risks associated with temperature control and cross-contamination.
• Non-Collection: If an order is not collected within 2 hours of the agreed time without prior notice and approval, we cannot guarantee quality or safety. No refunds will be issued for non-collection.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the "14-day cooling-off period" does not apply to perishable items (food).

• More than 7 days notice: A full refund or credit note may be issued.
• Less than 7 days notice: We are unable to offer a refund as ingredients will have been purchased and preparation begun.
• Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection. We may require the product to be returned for inspection before a refund or credit is considered.

4. Food Safety & Allergens

• Allergen Disclaimer: While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee any product is 100% allergen-free.
• Storage: Once collected, safe transport and storage are the customer's responsibility. Please follow the instructions in our Food Care Guide. We are not liable for safety issues arising from incorrect storage.

5. Privacy

Your personal data (name, address, email) will only be used to process your order and will never be shared with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
